Common use of Duties of the Backup Servicer Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Backup Servicer. From the Closing Date until the earlier of (i) its removal pursuant to Section 8.04, (ii) its resignation in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.05, (iii) its appointment as Successor Servicer pursuant to Section 7.14(a) or (iv) the Facility Termination Date, the Backup Servicer shall perform, on behalf of the Secured Parties, the duties and obligations set forth in Section 7.09.

Duties of the Backup Servicer. From the Closing Date until the earlier of (i) its removal pursuant to Section 8.04, 8.04 or (ii) its resignation in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.05, (iii) its appointment as Successor Servicer pursuant to Section 7.14(a) or (iv) the Facility Termination Date, the Backup Servicer shall perform, on behalf of the Secured Parties, the duties and obligations set forth in Section 7.09Sections 7.10 and 7.11.

Duties of the Backup Servicer. From the Closing Date until the earlier of (i) its removal pursuant to Section 8.04, 7.21 or (ii) its resignation in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.05, (iii) its appointment as Successor Servicer pursuant to Section 7.14(a) or (iv) the Facility Termination Date, the Backup Servicer shall perform, on behalf of the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties, the duties and obligations set forth in Section 7.097.10 and Section 7.11.
