Common use of Duties of the Calculation Agent Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Calculation Agent. The Calculation Agent shall in relation to each Series of Relevant Instruments perform all the functions and duties imposed on the Calculation Agent by the terms and conditions of the Relevant Instruments and by the provisions of this agreement (the "Conditions") including endorsing the Schedule hereto appropriately in relation to each Series of Relevant Instruments.
