Common use of Duties of the Parties Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Parties Upon Termination. Except as specifically provided otherwise in this Agreement, upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, the parties agree to do the following: a. refrain thereafter from representing themselves as distributors or manufacturers of the Products; and b. return to the other parties all tangible items in their possession or under their control comprising or evidencing such other parties' technology and Confidential Information.
