Duties of the Parties Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the parties will use their best efforts to affect an orderly and economic wind down of their supply relationship, taking into consideration the legitimate economic interests of each party on effecting the transition, such transition not to exceed [ * ] in duration. The parties recognize that the best method of effecting such wind down cannot be known presently, and agree to cooperate at the time to serve the interests of all parties as best as is practical.
