Common use of Duty to Inform Clause in Contracts

Duty to Inform. Licensee further warrants that it understands the imminent dangers (INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION) inherent in the work necessary to make installations on Poles by Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, and accepts as its duty and sole responsibility to notify and inform Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors of such dangers, and to keep them informed regarding same.

Duty to Inform. Licensee further warrants that it understands the imminent dangers (INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION) inherent in the work necessary to make installations on the District’s Poles by Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, and accepts as its duty and sole responsibility to notify and inform Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors of such dangers, and to keep them informed regarding same.

Licensee further warrants that it understands the imminent dangers (INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION) inherent in the work necessary to make installations on the Utility’s Poles by Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, and accepts as its duty and sole responsibility to notify and inform Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors of such dangers, and to keep them informed regarding same.

Licensee further warrants that it understands the imminent dangers (INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION) inherent in the work necessary to make installations and removals and to engage in operations on Utility’s Poles by Licensee’s employees, servants, agents, contractors contractors, or subcontractors, and accepts it as its duty and sole responsibility to notify and inform Licensee’s 's employees, servants, agents, contractors or contractors, and subcontractors of such dangers, and to keep them informed regarding same.

Licensee further warrants that it understands the imminent dangers (INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION) inherent in the work necessary to make installations on District’s Poles or within District’s Conduit System by Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, and accepts as its duty and sole responsibility to notify and inform Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors of such dangers, and to keep them informed regarding same.

As a condition to obtaining this License Agreement, Licensee further shall warrants that it understands the imminent dangers (INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION) inherent in the work necessary to make installations on Poles and around DED's Facilities by the Licensee’s 's employees, servants, agents, contractors or subcontractors, and that Licensee accepts as its the duty and sole responsibility to notify and inform Licensee’s its employees, servants, agents, contractors or subcontractors of such dangers, dangers and to keep them informed regarding same.

Duty to Inform. Licensee further warrants that it understands the imminent dangers (INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION) inherent in the work necessary to make installations and removals and to engage in operations on Utility's Poles by Licensee’s 's employees, servants, agents, contractors or subcontractors, and accepts it as its duty and sole responsibility to notify and inform Licensee’s 's employees, servants, agents, contractors or subcontractors of such dangers, and to keep them informed regarding same.

Licensee further warrants that it understands the imminent dangers (dangers, INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION) , inherent in the work necessary to make installations on City Poles and/or Support Structures by Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractorscontractors, subcontractors and Carriers, and Licensee accepts as its the duty and sole responsibility to notify notify, inform, and inform train Licensee’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors contractors, subcontractors, and Carriers of such dangers, dangers and to keep them informed and trained regarding same.
