Duty to Notify. Manufacturer will promptly notify Rhythm if at any time during the term of this Agreement Manufacturer has reason to believe that it will be unable to perform or complete the Services in a timely manner. Compliance by Manufacturer with this Section 3.4 will not relieve Manufacturer of any other obligation or liability under this Agreement.
