Common use of DUTY TO PERFORM Clause in Contracts

DUTY TO PERFORM. Nothing herein contained shall detract from or limit the obligation of the Mortgagor to make prompt payment of the Indebtedness at the time and in the manner provided herein. The Mortgagor will do and perform every act required of it by this Mortgage at the time or times in the manner specified.

DUTY TO PERFORM.
