Duty to Report Fraud. Any employee, supervisor or manager with knowledge that an employee absent from work due to an injury or illness, regardless of whether job related, has fraudulently represented his/her disability or made fraudulent statements to obtain benefits, shall immediately report such information to the General Manager.
