Duty to Report Unsafe Conditions. Employees shall report unsafe working conditions to their supervisor. The supervisor shall report unsafe working conditions to the Physical Resources Division (PRD). PRD shall report such concerns in writing to the Union/College Health and Safety Committee pursuant to Article 27.02. Nothing in this Article precludes employees from also reporting their concerns to the Union/College Health and Safety Committee.
