Duty to Return Company Documents and Property. Upon the termination of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ employment with the Company for any reason, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall immediately return and deliver to the Company any and all papers, books, records, documents, memoranda and manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, belonging to the Company or relating to its business, in ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ possession, whether prepared by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or others. If at any time after the termination of employment, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ determines that he has any Secret and Confidential Information in his possession or control, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall immediately return to the Company all such Secret and Confidential Information, including all copies and portions thereof.
