DWELLING AND STRUCTURES. The Seller agrees to construct, build and erect on the Parcel a - family residence, substantially in accordance with (the model house erected on Lot No. , Block No. , a copy of which have been given to Purchaser who has initialed same as evidence of Purchaser’s approval and consent to the proposed structure) (the “Residence”). Following are the changes, modifications, additions and/or deletions to the foregoing:
DWELLING AND STRUCTURES. The Seller agrees to construct, build and erect on the Parcel a  -family residence, substantially in accordance with (the model house erected on Lot No.  , Block No.  )(the approved building plans prepared by  , dated  , a copy of which have been given to Purchaser who has initialed same as evidence of Purchaser’s approval and consent to the proposed structure) (the “Residence”). Following are the changes, modifications, additions and/or deletions to the foregoing: INGRESS AND EGRESS. The Parcel shall be conveyed with an easement for ingress and egress over the street or roadway shown on the subdivision map to the nearest public highway, road or street, but nevertheless reserving unto Seller the fee title thereto and all franchise rights therein and the right to dedicate the said streets on said subdivision map to the proper governmental agency having jurisdiction, as well as all drainage easements shown on the subdivision map for granting to the municipality. In the event that the streets have not been dedicated to the governmental agency at the time of closing, Seller will provide ingress and egress to the nearest public road.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case by case basis.

  • Master Feeder Structure If permitted by the 1940 Act, the Board of Trustees, by vote of a majority of the Trustees, and without a Shareholder vote, may cause the Trust or any one or more Series to convert to a master feeder structure (a structure in which a feeder fund invests all of its assets in a master fund, rather than making investments in securities directly) and thereby cause existing Series of the Trust to either become feeders in a master fund, or to become master funds in which other funds are feeders.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The ▇▇▇▇▇ heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where ▇▇▇▇▇ heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.
