Common use of E-invoicing Clause in Contracts

E-invoicing. The PA Office of the Budget has initiated an E-Invoicing program that enables vendors to submit invoices via email. Submitting invoices via email enables vendors to save printing and postage costs, paper supplies, and mailing time needed to transmit paper invoices.
