Common use of E5 Security Clause in Contracts

E5 Security. E5.1 The Client shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Client while on the Premises, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
