E9-1-1 Service. 3.8.1 CBT shall provide E9-1-1 Service to CLEC's Customers on the same basis that CBT provides E9-1-1 Service to its own Customers in the municipality where such E9-1-1 Service is provided pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 3.8 in each Rate Center in which (i) CLEC is authorized to provide local exchange services and (ii) CBT is the E9-1-1 service provider.
