Common use of Each of St Clause in Contracts

Each of St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ agrees to forbear from exercising its Put Option during the Put Exercise Period that commenced on October 1, 2014, in consideration of UAHC’s agreement to postpone the Put Commencement Date until April 1, 2015, pursuant to Section 2 of this Sixth Amendment.

Each of St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ agrees to forbear from exercising its Put Option during the present Put Exercise Period that commenced on October 1, 2014(as defined in the Amended VSA), in consideration of UAHC’s 's agreement to postpone the Put Commencement Date until April October 1, 20152013, pursuant to Section 2 of this Sixth Fourth Amendment.
