Early Amortization Event/Distribution of Principal Notices. Upon the occurrence of an Early Amortization Event with respect to Series 2000-2, the Company or the Servicer, as the case may be, shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Trustee and the Administrator. As promptly as reasonably practicable after its receipt of notice of the occurrence of an Early Amortization Event with respect to Series 2000-2, the Trustee shall give notice to the Administrator.
