Early Exercise. In the event that the Board, in its sole discretion, permits early exercise of the Option, the Participant shall be required to execute and deliver to the Company the Early Exercise Unvested Share Repurchase Agreement, using the form attached to this Option Agreement in Exhibit B, in connection with such early exercise of the Option.
