Early Intervention Programs Clause Samples

The Early Intervention Programs clause establishes the requirement for implementing structured support services aimed at identifying and addressing issues at an early stage. Typically, this clause applies to educational or workplace settings, mandating that interventions such as counseling, skill-building workshops, or targeted assistance be provided to individuals showing signs of difficulty or risk. Its core practical function is to proactively resolve problems before they escalate, thereby improving outcomes and reducing the need for more intensive remedial actions later.
