Early Termination by Fujisawa Clause Samples

The 'Early Termination by Fujisawa' clause grants Fujisawa the right to end the agreement before its scheduled expiration. Typically, this clause outlines the specific conditions or notice requirements Fujisawa must meet to exercise this right, such as providing written notice within a certain timeframe or citing particular reasons for termination. Its core practical function is to provide Fujisawa with flexibility and control, allowing them to exit the contract if circumstances change or if continuing the agreement is no longer in their best interest.
