Early Termination by the Port Customer. The Port Customer shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement at any time by giving BC Hydro 30 days advance written notice of termination, effective on the date specified in such notice; provided that the Port Customer shall remain obligated to pay any amounts accrued and owing hereunder as of the date of termination.
