Common use of Early Termination of Study Clause in Contracts

Early Termination of Study. If the Study is terminated early as described below, the Agreement will terminate after receipt by Sponsor of all Study Data and other relevant Protocol- required data, Study documents and Biological Samples and receipt of all payments due to either party pursuant to the Agreement.
