Earned Vacations. (a) Employees hired before January 1, 1993 shall become entitled to vacation with pay as set out below.
Earned Vacations. Any additional annual vacation over and above that provided for above that may be gazetted by the Provincial and/or Federal Governments will be incorporated into this Agreement.
Earned Vacations. 20.01 With the exception of those employees hired on or after September 9, 1993, employees shall become entitled to vacation time with pay at their regular straight-time rate or the applicable percentage of weekly gross earnings (whichever is the greater) as specified in the following schedule, after they have completed the full years of service with the Company, which are set out in the left hand column.

Earned Vacations. Full time employees under these provisions shall accrue vacation as follows: 5/12 of a day for each month of service during the first year of service in the School District.
Earned Vacations. As far as is practical to do so, the immediate supervisor shall make every effort to approve earned vacations at the times as requested, provided that it does not conflict with the operational requirements of the Residence.
Earned Vacations. For all employees, except those with less than one (1) year of service, vacation is credited to an employee on the first day of the fiscal year and credited on a prorated basis for part‐time employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement. An employee who terminates employment, having used but not yet earned vacation time shall repay, from the employee’s final check, any over‐use of credited vacation. Employees shall be credited vacation as follows: Less than 1 year of service – 4 hours/month 1‐6 years of service – 80 hours annually 7‐13 years of service – 120 hours annually 14‐18 years of services – 160 hours annually 19+ years of service – 200 hours annually
Earned Vacations. Each employee will be granted a vacation period on the following basis: 1. Upon employment: .8334 of a day earned for each full month of employment. • Accruable to 160 hours as of July 1st and will not accrue above the maximum allowed. • Pro-rated for employees working less than 12 months and/or less than 8 hrs/day • (Example: 8 hrs/day x .8334 = 6.672 hrs/month x 12 mths x 1.00 FTE = 80 hrs.) • (Example: 7 hrs/day x .8334 = 5.83 hrs/month x 12 mths x .80 FTE = 55.97 hrs.)
Earned Vacations. Officers shall be entitled to vacations based upon the length of time employed as herein- after provided. Vacation time shall be converted from days to hours effective January 1, 2005 subject to all Officers being assigned to a forty-two (42) hour work week.
