Grantor hereby grants to the City permission to undertake the actions described in Sections 6 and 7 of this Agreement. Grantor understands and agrees that this easement limits the ability of Grantor, its successors and assigns, including any Owner(s), from constructing any permanent buildings, structures, landscaping or other improvements that would interfere with the functioning of the Stormwater Facilities or the City’s access to perform the inspection and maintenance required under this Agreement.
