Easement Fee Sample Clauses

An Easement Fee clause defines the payment required for granting an easement, which is a legal right to use another party’s land for a specific purpose, such as installing utilities or access roads. This clause typically outlines the amount, timing, and method of payment, and may specify whether the fee is a one-time payment or recurring. By clearly establishing the financial terms for the easement, the clause ensures both parties understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes over compensation.
