Common use of EASEMENTS AND APPROVALS Clause in Contracts

EASEMENTS AND APPROVALS. If required, the Village agrees to assist the Owner with procuring all easements and governmental approvals, at the Owner’s expense, necessary or convenient for the construction of any off-site sanitary sewer improvements, off-site potable water improvements, roadway improvements or other required improvements necessary to provide for the development of the Territory, if any.

EASEMENTS AND APPROVALS. If required, the Village agrees to assist the Owner with procuring all easements and governmental approvals, at the Owner’s expense, necessary or convenient for the construction of any off-site sanitary sewer improvements, off-site potable water improvements, roadway improvements stormwater improvements, or other required improvements necessary to provide for the development of the Territory, if any. All easements and agreements shall be prepared by the Owner and approved by the Village prior to execution.
