Acceptable documentation for an associate or bachelors degree shall be an original diploma or ▇▇▇▇- script from the issuing institution. Acceptable documen- tation for other courses shall be an official transcript(s) from educational institutions or original certificates of completion or grade reports from the issuing agency.
