Educational Network Licence Sample Clauses

An Educational Network Licence is a contractual provision that grants educational institutions the right to use certain software, digital content, or resources across their entire network. This licence typically covers all computers, devices, and users within the institution, such as students, faculty, and staff, allowing for widespread access without the need for individual licences. Its core practical function is to simplify licensing management for educational organizations, reduce administrative burden, and ensure legal compliance while enabling broad, institution-wide access to essential digital tools and materials.
