Common use of EFECTIVE DATE Clause in Contracts

EFECTIVE DATE. This Amendment shall become effective on the later to occur of (i) approval of this amendment by the Trustees of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trust, (ii) the date of its execution and (iii) immediately after the effective time of the resignation of the existing subadviser to the U.S. Global Leaders Growth Trust.

EFECTIVE DATE. This Amendment shall become effective on the later to occur of (i) approval of this amendment by the Trustees of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trust, Trust and (ii) the date of its execution and (iii) immediately after the execution; except that it will become effective time of the resignation of the existing subadviser with regards to the U.S. Global Leaders Growth TrustLarge Cap Value Trust on December 31, 2010.

EFECTIVE DATE. This Amendment shall become effective on the later to occur of (i) approval of this amendment by the Trustees of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ TrustFund II, (ii) the date of its execution and (iii) immediately after the effective time of the resignation of the existing subadviser to the U.S. Global Leaders Growth TrustFund.
