Effect. Unless otherwise modified by this Amendment, all terms and conditions contained in the Contract shall continue in full force and effect. This Amendment is effective when signed by both Parties.
Effect. Unless otherwise modified by this Amendment, all terms and conditions contained in the ACS, as previously amended, shall continue in full force and effect.
Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing the employees. A copy of this Amendment No. 1 shall be recorded with the official Minutes of the meeting at which it has been approved and a copy of this Amendment No. 1 shall also be recorded with the Findings of Fact in the official Minutes of the meeting of July 26, 2021.
