Common use of Effect and Duration of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Effect and Duration of Covenants. Covenants contained in this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of (1) the completion of all obligations of each Party or (2) the earlier of December 31, 2043, or the date on which the Urban Renewal Plan terminates if such termination occurs before December 31, 2043. The covenants established in this Agreement shall, without regard to technical classification and designation, be binding on the part of the Participant and any successors and assigns to the Site, or any part thereof, for the benefit of and in favor of Agency, its successors, and assigns.
