Effect of Addendum. THIS REAL ESTATE PURCHASE ADDENDUM AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS THE CONTRACT AND, IF APPLICABLE, ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS. IN THE EVENT THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THIS ADDENDUM AND THE CONTRACT OR ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS OR NOTICE OR OTHER DOCUMENTS ATTACHED AND MADE A PART OF THE AGREEMENT, THE TERMS OF THIS ADDENDUM TAKE PRECEDENCE AND SHALL PREVAIL, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW. The undersigned, if executing the Agreement on behalf of a Seller and/or a Buyer that is a corporation, partnership, trust or other entity, represents and warrants that he/she is authorized by that entity to enter into the Agreement and bind the entity to perform all duties and obligations stated in the Agreement and shall provide Seller with proof of such authority upon execution of the Agreement.

Effect of Addendum. Except as amended hereby, the Purchase Agreement is in full force and effect between the parties and all other terms and conditions remain the same.

Effect of Addendum. This Addendum amends and supplements the Purchase Agreement and, if applicable, escrow instructions. In the event there is any conflict between this Addendum and the Purchase Agreement or escrow instructions, or other documents attached and made a part of the Agreement, the terms of this Addendum take precedence and shall prevail, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

Effect of Addendum. Each term used herein with initial capital letters shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Lease unless specifically otherwise defined herein. In the event of any inconsistency between this Addendum and the Lease, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail.

Effect of Addendum. Except as expressly amended by this Addendum, the terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement and the provisions of this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum shall control.

Effect of Addendum. Except as specifically outlined above, nothing in this agreement shall otherwise impact the terms and conditions of the ratified and adopted AGREEMENT. This ADDENDUM is only intended to apply a 1.5% COLA Increase, and credit this 1.5% COLA Increase against the County’s obligations, if any, under the AGREEMENT, as described herein. Neither PARTY intends that this ADDENDUM impacts, adds to, or takes away from, any other existing rights or obligations between the PARTIES.

Effect of Addendum. Except as amended and supplemented by this Second ------------------ Addendum, the Agreement remains in effect pursuant to its terms, and is hereby ratified and confirmed.

Effect of Addendum. All references in the Master Lease to “this Lease” shall be deemed to be references to the Master Lease as amended hereby.
