Effect of Adjustment. The Exercise Price as adjusted pursuant to this Section 12(f) shall apply, with effect from and including the Effective Date, where the Exercise Date in respect of the relevant part (if applicable) of the Warrant has not occurred prior to the Effective Date. Any such adjustment shall be subject to any subsequent adjustment pursuant to the provisions of this Warrant.

The If, at any time after the Effective Date, any adjustment is made to the applicable Exercise Price as adjusted pursuant to this Section 12(f) shall apply12(a), with effect from and including the Effective Date, where such adjustment to the Exercise Date in Price will be applicable with respect to all then outstanding Warrants and all Warrants issued after the date of the relevant part (if applicable) of the Warrant has not occurred prior event causing such adjustment to the Effective Date.
