Common use of Effect of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Effect of Adjustment. The Conversion Price as adjusted pursuant to this Condition 24 shall apply, with effect from and including the Effective Date, to each Note for which the Conversion Date has not occurred prior to the Effective Date.
