Effect of Adjustments on Warrant Certificates. Irrespective of any adjustments in the number or kind of shares issuable upon exercise of Warrants, Warrant Certificates theretofore or thereafter issued may continue to express the same price and number and kind of shares as are stated in the Warrant Certificates initially issuable pursuant to this Warrant Agreement.
