Effect of Certificates. Neither the issuance of any certificate as to any Application for Payment, achievement of Material Completion or Final Completion, or certification of any payment by the Design Professional, nor any other provision in the Contract Documents, shall relieve the Contractor of the responsibility for faulty materials or faulty workmanship.
