Effect of Changes. In the event that any change in the form, fit or function or Specification of any Product(s) in order to comply with mutually agreed upon requirements or standards other than Mandatory Retrofits results in a significant increase or decrease in the cost of such Product(s), or in the length of time required for the manufacture or delivery thereof, an equitable adjustment to the price of such Product(s) or agreed upon shipping date or both shall be made by the parties pursuant to good faith negotiations.
