Effect of Decision. The decision of the arbitrators shall state the reason for the award and shall be final, binding and conclusive upon the parties. The parties shall comply with such decision in good faith as if it were a final decision of a court. Judgment upon the award shall be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
