Effect of Disability. In the event that the Optionee while employed by the Company becomes “disabled,” as that term is defined under the then existing long-term disability plan of the Company in which the Optionee participates (or if no such plan exists, as determined by the Committee), the Optionee will be deemed to be employed by the Company during his or her period of disability.
