Effect of Expiration and Early Termination; Survival. Upon the Termination Date: The AOC shall be released from compensating Contractor for Services, other than those Contractor satisfactorily performed before the Termination Date, and for any indirect costs. Without prejudice to the AOC, Contractor shall be released from performing Services. All provisions of this Appendix C will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement, except for section 1and promises regarding the maintenance of insurance in section 3 (other than section 3.2, which will also survive).
