Common use of Effect of Expiration/Termination Clause in Contracts

Effect of Expiration/Termination. Termination of this Agreement under this Article X or otherwise shall not (a) relieve Licensee of its obligations to account for and pay all amounts due Licensor under this Agreement; (b) affect any rights granted to Site Users that are in compliance with the terms of Site User Licenses in effect as of the date of any such termination, and (c) affect Licensor’s right to receive Royalties paid by Site Users or Licensee’s right to a specified percentage of such Royalties as provided in Section 8.03.
