Effect of Expiration. Expiration of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to any rights which shall have accrued to the benefit of any party prior to such expiration. Without limiting the foregoing, Sections 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 shall survive any expiration of this Agreement.
