Effect of Expiration. Upon the expiration or other termination of this Lease, neither party shall have any further obligation or liability to the other except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease and except for such obligations as by their nature or under the circumstances can only be, or by the provisions of this Lease, may be, performed after such expiration or other termination; and, in any event, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Lease, any liability for a payment (including, without limitation, Additional Rent, herein) or performance of an obligation which shall have accrued to or with respect to any period ending at the time of expiration or other termination of this Lease shall survive the expiration or other termination of this Lease.
