Effect of Injunctions or Other Court Orders. The Parties recognize the right of the District to withdraw, at its absolute discretion, the utilization of the Agreement as part of any bid specification should a Court of competent jurisdiction issue any order, or any applicable statute be enacted which could result, temporarily or permanently, in delay of the bidding, awarding, or construction of the Project. Notwithstanding any such an action by the District, or such court order or statutory provision, the Parties agree that the Agreement shall remain in full force on covered Project Work to the maximum extent legally possible.
