Effect of Injunctions or Other Court Orders. The Parties recognize the right of the District to withdraw, at its absolute discretion, the utilization of the CSWPA as part of any bid specification should a Court of competent jurisdiction issue any order, or any applicable statue which results, temporarily or permanently in delay of the bidding, awarding and/or construction on the Project.
