Effect of Injunctions or Other Court Orders. The Parties recognize the right of the SDCCD to withdraw, at its absolute discretion, the utilization of the CBA as part of any bid specification should a court of competent jurisdiction issue any order, or any applicable statute that could result, temporarily or permanently, in delay of the bidding, awarding, and/or construction on the Project.
