Effect of Lack of Notice. Until such Notice accompanied by such documentation is furnished to Assignor in the manner provided above, Assignor may, at Assignor’s election, either (i) continue to pay or tender all sums payable on the Royalty Interest in the same manner provided in this Conveyance, precisely as if no such change in interest or ownership or right to receive payment had occurred or (ii) suspend payment of Assignee Proceeds without interest until such documentation is furnished.
