Effect of MOU. This MOU will enter into effect on the date it is signed by all of the Authorities and with effect on and from that date, will replace the Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Cooperation and the Exchange of Information related to the Supervision of Cross-Border Clearing Organisations between the RBA and RBNZ dated 1 August 2014.
