Effect of Other Agreements. The provisions of this Agreement, including attached Schedule A agreed upon between the Employer and the appropriate Union(s), shall apply to all work identified in Article 1, Section 2. Provisions of national union agreements or specific project agreements, which may conflict or differ, with the terms of this Agreement will take precedence.
