Common use of Effect of Rejection Clause in Contracts

Effect of Rejection. Any nonconforming Product that has been rejected by Buyer can, at Buyer's option after consultation with Seller: a) be returned to Seller for repair, replacement or a refund of the original purchase price, freight collect, b) be repaired by Seller at Buyer's designated facility, or c) be repaired by Buyer at Seller's expense.
