Effect of Rejection. If Buyer rejects Biomass in accordance with this Section 10, Buyer may, within seven (7) days of such rejection, request that Seller deliver replacement Biomass in a quantity equal to the quantity rejected, in which event Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with Buyer’s request as soon as reasonably practicable. Any such delivery of replacement Biomass shall be on the same terms as the rejected Shipment or partial Shipment or such other terms as the Parties may agree. If Buyer does not request that Seller deliver replacement Biomass under this Section 10(c), the provisions of Section 11 shall apply to the rejected quantity.
